Prospect Business Centres has grown from a single centre established in Leeds in 1980. Prospect House was the first business centre in Leeds and developed an unrivalled reputation for quality of service.
Following almost 3 decades of continued success and popularity a further Leeds centre was opened in December 2008 at Fountain House on South Parade. The new centre situated in the traditional office core was instantly successful and attracted a number of high quality clients resulting in the centre almost reaching capacity within 12 months of opening.
It was clear that Prospect Business Centres professional but friendly approach to serviced offices was popular with occupiers with demand for accommodation continuing to grow. A third centre was opened in York at the end of 2009 with further centres planned across the UK.
